Hunt of Hunt Corporate represents Anton Cerrone Assocs. for 3,578 s/f

Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Long Island Pediatric Neurology has leased 3,578 s/f of office space at 185 Express St. David Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. 

“This suite was custom modified to meet the needs of this neurological practice, including exam, testing, and office administration areas,” said Hunt. “In addition, the tenant had a very tight time constraint, which the landlord was able to accommodate. The building is now 100% leased.”

Greg Rosenn, M.D. has been in practice for over 20 years and provides continued care for children with neurological problems including developmental disabilities, Epilepsy, pediatric headaches, head injury/concussion, ADHD, tics/Tourette Syndrome and nerve injury.

The tenant was self-represented.
