Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty brokers two leases: 3,320 s/f

Plainview, NY Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of restaurant space at 1056 Old Country Rd. to Japan Express. Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord in a 10-year lease for 1,450 s/f in the Morton Village Shopping Center.

Japan Express offers Japanese cuisine for dine-in and take out. Located next to the new Lidl Food Market, Japan Express is one of several new tenants expected to open in the Morton Village Shopping Center this year.

Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty also facilitated the leasing of retail space at 76 East Sunrise Hwy. in Lindenhurst to a bed & sofa retailer. Gottlieb represented the landlord in a five-year lease for 1,870 s/f in the Sunrise Plaza Shopping Center. The tenant, Storage Bed & Sofa is a new concept of bed and sofa with a unique storage component, essential for smaller rooms that need extra storage.

Sunrise Plaza Shopping Center welcomes Storage Bed & Sofa, who join newly open tenants Miracle Ear, Long Island Premier Physical & Aquatic Therapy and Great Expressions in addition to existing tenants such as T-Mobile, Subway, Smashburger and many other fine shops at their Lindenhurst location.
