Hunt of Hunt Corp. leases 7,140 s/f to Video Technology Services, Inc.

Syosset, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Video Technology Services, Inc. has renewed their lease of 7,140 s/f of space at 5 Aerial Way. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.

“Video Technology has been a tenant in the Anton-Cerrone portfolio for the last 17 years.  -The landlord is very pleased to continue that relationship,” said Hunt, president of Hunt. “It has obviously been a good fit for both parties.”

Video Technology Services, Inc. (VTS) has been in operations since 1986 providing in-flight entertainment products to the airline industry. VTS’ video and audio systems are designed according to the needs of the airline or operators of the aircraft to create the best suited systems based on the aircraft configuration and customer’s needs. VTS provides all phases of the process from design to the manufacture of the installation kit and certification.
