Hunt of Hunt Corp. arranges 10,698 s/f lease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Garden OB/GYN has leased 10,698 s/f of office space at 131 East Ames Court. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. The tenant was represented by Daniel Brandel of CBRE, Inc. "Construction for Garden OB/GYN has already begun," said Hunt. "We expect to be able to deliver occupancy in January, 2015. Garden OB/GYN is a healthcare group that focuses on obstetrics and gynecology services, with locations throughout Long Island and New York City. Obstetrical services include complete pregnancy care, ultrasound and doppler, genetic screening & testing, fetal echocardiography, multiple gestations, high risk pregnancy and infertility treatment. The suite is part of a 14,484 s/f building, leaving only one remaining suite of 3,786 s/f available. "The remaining suite will be finished to suit for our next tenant," said David Hunt. "The suite features a private entrance, excellent parking, and private lavatories. And, of course, the building is a block from the Long Island Expresseway. "Garden OB/GYN was seeking a location which would house their executive and general offices," said Daniel Brandel of CBRE. "The space at 131 East Ames Court was the best solution given its central location among a variety of other beneficial factors."
