Hunt Corporate Services brokers a 10,000 s/f lease renewal/expansion to CHIPS Computer Consulting

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., CHIPS Computer Consulting, LLC has renewed and extended their lease for 10,000 s/f at 5 Aerial Way. Hunt represented the landlord, Rolling Hills Realty, LLC in the lease negotiations and Colliers International LI, LLC, represented the tenant. "CHIPS is a valued tenant in this portfolio, and we are pleased that they chose to renew their lease," said David Hunt, president of Hunt. "I believe the deciding factor was ultimately the attributes of the building a 5 Aerial Way: a location immediately off the Long Island Expressway, a high level of office space, and the parking to support it." Founded in 1993, CHIPS offers IT solutions and customer service with an emphasis on industry best practices, insuring the technology they are utilizing works to its full potential. CHIPS has grown exponentially over the past 20 years yet still remains focused on business process and customer service.
