Hunt Corp. brokers $1.4 million sale to U.S. Naval Facilities for water treatment plant

 

 

Bethpage, NY Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has brokered the sale of 11 Union Ave. to the U.S.A., acting by and through the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Naval Facilities plans to develop the 1.25-acre site and erect a water treatment plant. David Hunt of Hunt Corp. represented the seller Gayron De Bruin Land Surveying and Engineering, PC. The buyer was self-represented.
