Earl River, NY Hudson Valley iCampus, the 207-acre premier life sciences, biomed, manufacturing/warehouse and office campus was featured in “Gateways to the North,” a webinar in a series focusing on the growth of the life sciences industry in the New York region.

The 90-minute webinar, held July 26, presented an overview of life sciences and biotech developments in Rockland and Westchester counties, and the Bronx. The series is hosted by NYC Builds Bio, a New York-based organization that works to support life sciences and commercial real estate development through events, research, reports and educational programs.
Hudson Valley iCampus is a 2-million s/f multi-tenanted property and features a collaborative atmosphere of innovation fostered by leaders in their respective industries including Pfizer, Sanofi, Auro Vaccines, Lead Cyber Solutions and Urban Electric Power. The campus is known for historic, breakthrough vaccines developed on the grounds including vaccines for smallpox, typhoid and polio. Pfizer conducted research and development for the Covid-19 vaccine in its laboratory space in Pearl River, and it recently announced plans to invest $470 million to expand vaccine research there. Pfizer leases space at Hudson Valley iCampus and also owns property contiguous to the campus.

Gohil and Robert Lella, managing director of Colliers’ Tri-State team, were guests on the NYC Builds Bio event. They gave viewers an inside look at Hudson Valley iCampus via a virtual tour of the property, which includes laboratory, office, GMP manufacturing, warehouse, office space, and build-to-suit options to allow maximum flexibility for growth. They also highlighted unique features on the campus, including a 23-megawatt, state-of-the-art power plant that delivers cost effective, environmentally conscious and energy-efficient electricity, steam and chilled water to tenants.
