"We are very pleased to launch sales at 364 Union and believe that buyers will be attracted to the high quality of the building's conversion which features spacious layouts and high-end finishes," says Stephen G. Kliegerman, president of HPDM. "Demand for three-bedroom residences in Carroll Gardens is at an all-time high, and we have already received a significant number of inquiries about the property. We look forward to a swift completion of sales." All residences at 364 Union feature four-inch-wide oak hardwood floors and vented Bosch washers and dryers. Finished with natural stone countertops, kitchens include Hansgrohe faucets Bertazzoni ranges and microwaves, Bosch dishwashers, and Fisher & Paykel refrigerators. Bathrooms feature porcelain tile flooring, European floating vanities with Whitehaus faucets, Toto toilets, and Kohler soaking tubs. The building also includes a video intercom entry system and secure storage in the basement. "We are pleased to have HPDM as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 364 Union," said Joseph Cohen, principal of East River Partners. "We have valued their guidance throughout the development planning process and look to the expertise of their sales and marketing team as we launch sales." Nestled in the heart of Carroll Gardens, 364 Union is located near the neighborhood's cherished Carroll Park, popular restaurants such as Momofuku Milk Bar and Gowanus Yacht Club, as well as many shopping and nightlife destinations.
