Houlihans of Houlihan & O’Malley represent seller in $7.05 million sale

Mt. Vernon, NY According to Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services Inc. the firm has sold 9-10 Alden Pl. and 5 Alden Pl. for $7.05 million.

Dan and Gerry Houlihan with Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services represented the sellers, 9-10 Alden Place, LLC, and 5 Alden Place, LLC. The closing took place on February 10.

Edward Freidman, Esq. with Novick Edelstein was the attorney for the sellers. Tom Tassone acted on behalf of the buyer, 100 Alden Place LLC.

9-10 Alden Pl. is a residential four story Colonial style building with 18 apartments. Built by the Lawrence family, circa 1930. Penrose Stout was the architect.  5 Alden Place consists of two garage buildings with a total of 24 parking spaces. 

Gerry Houlihan said, “This was a very unique property in excellent condition which was reflected in the sale price.”
