Houlihan Lawrence sells medical office portfolio for $4.35 million

111 East Main Street - Mount Kisco, NY

Mount Kisco, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial negotiated the sale of a pediatric dentistry and orthodontics medical office building portfolio for $4.35 million.

The portfolio consists of two buildings; one located at 111 East Main St. and the other at 22 North Division St. in Peekskill, The two buildings total 12,600 s/f with total property of 42,215 s/f.

Both properties have long-term guaranteed Triple Net Leases (NNN) with a private equity dental practice, wholly owned by Planet Smile Partners, a dental service provider in the Northeast. The properties have had buildout and building-wide improvements in excess of $2 million. Additionally, the buildings offer dental equipment and modernized patient amenities. 

111 East Main St. is a 9,000 s/f freestanding three-story fully-renovated and modernized medical office building with 100 ft. of frontage in a downtown location in the Village of Mount Kisco’s shopping and entertainment district.

22 North Division St. is a 3,600 s/f two-story renovated medical building located in downtown Peekskill. It is half a block off Main St. in the shopping and dining arts district, The Peekskill Metro-North train station is one mile away.
