Houlihan Lawrence agents named among nations top 250 real estate professionals

Rye Brook, NY Houlihan Lawrence, one of the leading real estate firms serving New York City’s northern suburbs, made known that four agents and a team have been named among the top 250 real estate professionals in the nation for sales volume, out of the more than 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide. Considered the industry’s most definitive ranking, the prestigious REAL Trends “The Thousand” list, now in its 20th year, is advertised in The Wall Street Journal.

The agents and team rankings are:

• Pollena Forsman (Larchmont) ranked #74 Individual Agent by Transaction Volume with $174,585,558 in sales.

• Julie Church (Greenwich) ranked #83 Individual Agent by Transaction Volume with $169,820,531 in sales.

• Ellen Mosher (Greenwich) ranked #91 Individual Agent by Transaction Volume with $164,456,250 in sales.

• Chrissy Hazelton (Rye) ranked #232 Individual Agent by Transaction Volume with $103,577,756 in sales. 

• The Metalios Team (Greenwich) ranked #43 Large Team by Transaction Volume with $226,216,131 in sales.
