Holt Construction expands with hires and promotions

Pearl River, NY According to Holt Construction Corp., the firm is expanding with new industry talent, and several internal promotions:

Management

Michael Fabean, Managing Director, Holt Construction Corp.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Fabean has worked for the world’s leading private real estate and development firms. Fabean brings with him an invaluable leadership style, providing him the insights and skills needed to oversee Holt’s Corporate operations as it expands their business units across diverse markets. “After spending decades in the industry, joining Holt Construction, such a highly-respected and well-run organization, is the start of an exciting chapter in my professional career,” said Fabean. “I am looking forward to expanding our national business unit network across all markets while delivering for our clients,” he said. “Holt’s outstanding reputation fuels our project execution approach, and that constant drives our success.”

Joseph Martinez, Director of Preconstruction, Holt Construction Corp.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Martinez has a strong understanding of the steps necessary to deliver a successful project and guarantee client satisfaction. Preconstruction and Value Engineering are organic to Holt’s project delivery approach. As Director of Preconstruction at Holt, Martinez’ responsibilities include support at the start of every assignment to set up every project for success.

Alexandria Perotti, Director of Corporate Initiatives & Strategic Planning, Holt Construction Corp.

Perotti has been a member of the Holt Construction Corp. team for the past 11 years. In her previous roles as Project Executive and Director of Operations, Perotti is well-known for her outstanding team building, communications skills, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and creative problem solving to increase team productivity, new construction delivery efficiencies, and overall project profitability. In her current role as Director of Corporate Initiatives and Strategic Planning, Perotti will oversee the execution and implementation of key corporate initiatives. Perotti will function both on an executive and strategic level, as well as at an operational and tactical level to ensure the best possible outcome for both the firm’s clients and the company on every project.

Sean Camo, Financial Controller, Holt Construction Corp.

Camo brings with him 25 years of corporate accounting experience. With a special focus on construction, Camo has managed accounting functions for several of the most highly regarded firms in the construction industry. With a diverse background in information technology, financial accounting, and client relations, he will monitor critical financial operations, grow client relationships, and implement new control systems.

Jessica Rondash, Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development, Holt Construction Corp.

Rondash has been a member of the Holt team for almost six years as a part of the company’s Information Technology Department. In Rondash’s new role as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development, she will support corporate initiatives and implement procedures that will standardize practices among all Holt employees. Rondash will also develop employee training programs, ultimately increasing efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Construction Operations

Jacqueline Horowitz, Regional Manager, Holt Construction Corp.

A seasoned veteran of the construction industry, Horowitz brings with her over three decades of experience in commercial, residential, aviation, and hospitality, with a special focus on project and system procedures and controls. As Regional Manager, Horowitz will oversee all of Holt’s projects and the systems to deliver them on time and within budget. She will also utilize her 30 years of experience in the industry to give additional support to the firm’s projects.

John Alvarez, Managing Executive - Houston, Holt Construction Corp.

Alvarez joins Holt Construction as Managing Executive with more than 30 years of experience in construction, program management, planning, and leadership. An experienced construction veteran, Alvarez’s experience encompasses a wide range of skills including master planning, pre-construction, due diligence, risk management, and much more. His unique experience as a program manager for several of the largest global clients contributes to his blended approach to owner advocacy and team collaboration. As Managing Executive, Alvarez will grow Holt Construction Corp.’s diversified practice in aviation, education, health science, and other growth markets throughout the Southeast and Central Texas.

Richard Coleman, Account Executive, Mission Critical | Technology, Holt Construction Corp.

Coleman joins Holt Construction with 30 years of experience in the Mission Critical Industry.  Coleman’s talents range from conceptual designing to building and operating mission critical assets, all while optimizing total cost of ownership. Coleman will expand the firm’s Mission Critical Division’s capabilities by utilizing core talents. His expertise in site due diligence and client PUE (power usage effectiveness) are new assets brought on to assist clients on both legacy and new projects. Coleman’s talents will also be valuable for identifying and mitigating risks of all aspects of Mission Critical projects. Coleman will leverage his network of equipment providers, design professionals, and technical services to provide clients with the best available industry products and services.

Marketing & Business Development

Stacey Blume, Director of Marketing, Holt Construction Corp.

Blume brings three decades of experience in developing and executing strategic, measurable marketing communication programs in the construction industry. Blume will assist in the positioning of Holt’s brand across all business networks throughout diverse market sectors with strategic outreach programs, events, and publications.

Chris Cesario, Director of Business Development, Holt Construction Corp.

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Cesario, Holt’s new Business Development Director, brings valuable experience and relationships to the firm. Cesario’s relationships with owners, subcontractors, and others across the construction industry contribute to his ability to build strong client relations, with both existing and new clients. Cesario will also support business development initiatives across Holt’s national business unit network.

Dan Depew, Associate Business Development – Hudson Valley Region, Holt Construction Corp.

Depew, Holt’s new Business Development professional for the Hudson Valley Region, brings a diverse background, with experience in local politics, communications, and business development. A well-known Hudson Valley native, Depew will identify potential projects and grow Holt’s presence in this region. Depew will support growth in Holt’s presence in key growth markets, including cargo distribution, logistics, agribusiness, and aviation and also identify projects that will create positive economic impacts in the communities in which Holt builds.

Holt has been providing Construction Management and General Contracting services for over 100 years in the New York metro area and beyond. With corporate locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Texas, the Holt team performs in diverse growth market sectors, including aviation, corporate interiors, education, entertainment, energy and power, health and life science, hospitality, infrastructure, transportation, mission critical and technology, retail, and food and beverage.
