SYRACUSE,NY A five-person group including two attorneys and three legal professionals headed by Kevin McAuliffe, preeminent in the field of New York project development, join Hiscock & Barclay, LLP establishing a new economic & project development practice area and elevating the firm to 200 attorneys across eight offices.

Before joining Hiscock & Barclay, McAuliffe was a member with Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law.
