Hiney and Butler join Forchelli Deegan Terrana as partners

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (FDT) welcomes Jesse Hiney to the firm as a partner and chair of the firm’s environmental practice group and Philip Butler to the firm’s land use & zoning practice group as a partner.

Hiney’s environmental practice includes counseling on brownfield redevelopment, regulated wetlands, hazardous and solid waste and occupational health and safety matters.

Hiney earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from Alfred University.

Butler has experience in all aspects of the land use process. He focuses on representing applicants on a range of commercial and residential real estate projects. Butler appears regularly before town and village boards across Long Island.

Butler earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Hofstra University

Firm partner Kathleen Deegan Dickson said, “We are very excited to have Jesse join the firm. His broad environmental experience will be a great support for our land use and zoning, banking, real estate and IDA practices, as well as other disciplines within the firm. He will be a great addition to our team.”
