HFZ completes phase one of Fifty Third and Eighth’s amenity suite; Sales and marketing being conducted by Douglas Elliman

Manhattan, NY Fifty Third and Eighth has wrapped construction on phase one of its amenity suite, which includes a second-floor terrace, fitness center, children’s playroom, residents’ lounge and roof deck. The 25-story full-service condominium that contains 248 one, two and three-bedroom residences is being developed by HFZ Capital Group. Sales and marketing of the project is being conducted by Douglas Elliman.

The property is located in the central Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, near a range of transportation options as well as notable landmarks such as Central Park, Columbus Circle and Broadway. Phase two of amenities include a private pet park and men’s and women’s spas. Buyers have the option to purchase a home fully furnished by Design Within Reach, or work with design associates at the store to tailor the design exactly to their tastes.

Project team members for the development also include: BP Architects, ASH NYC and Terrain NYC.
