Heller and Metcalf of PNC ARCS arrange $13m for 224-unit property
According to PNC ARCS, a PNC Real Estate Company, $13 million in financing has been placed for the Latham Village Apartments, a 224-unit property.
Built in 1971, Latham Village is a garden-style apartment complex adjacent to Latham Kiwanis Park. Amenities include on-site parking, laundry rooms and replaced windows.
The loan was for a 16-year term and 30-year amortization at a rate of 6.02%. The loan was originated by Steven Heller, senior vice president eastern region of PNC ARCS' Princeton office through Freddie Mac. Rowan Metcalf, vice president of PNC ARCS' Princeton office, was the loan officer.
Paterson, NJ Avatar Financial Group LLC (Avatar) provided a $3.7million cash-out bridge loan on a newly constructed mixed-use property at 59 Pearl St. The two-year, first-lien loan was originated at 64% loan-to-value. The borrower
