GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $92.74 million for the following properties:
* $22.35 million for a newly-built 12-story elevator apartment building containing 52 units and one commercial unit, located on Water St. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
* A $14.5 million blanket loan for one six-story and two five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 94 units with 14 commercial units, located on Broadway in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $11.865 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 119 units, located on Franklin Ave. in Queens. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $7.2 million for a two-story motor lodge containing 83 rooms, located in Jericho. Matthew Albano, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $7 million for two six-story walk-up apartment buildings containing 48 units, located on East 34th St. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $4.5 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 44 units, located on Brevoort St. in Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $4.35 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 38 units and six stores, located on 51st St. in Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $4.3 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 45 units, located on 46th St. in Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $4.1 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 46 units, located on 120th St. in Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $4 million for a condominium development project of 5,000 s/f located on 13th St. Albano, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $2.95 million for a four-story walk-up and two contiguous three-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 22 units. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $2.875 million for a three-story, 30,000 s/f industrial warehouse building, located on Meadow St. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
* $2.75 million for a 40,000 s/f industrial building, located on West Farms Rd. in the Bronx. Judd Volk, senior associate, arranged the financing.
