Heiss of Largo secures a $1.166 million first mortgage for a 6,000 medical office

Kevin Heiss, managing director for the Largo Group of Cos., arranged a permanent first mortgage in the amount of $1.166 million for a 6,000 s/f medical office. Heiss secured a 10-year fixed rate, 25-year amortizing loan for the borrower. The clinic is currently 100% occupied by Denver Urgent Care LLC. It is located in the shopping plaza on the corner of Sheridan Blvd. and West 72nd Ave. The Largo Group of Companies is a commercial mortgage banking company that structures, closes and services commercial mortgages for acquisitions, refinances and redevelopment projects.
