Largo Group of Companies, arranged a $19 million permanent first mortgage on a 187-unit (338 beds) student housing apartment building. The property is directly adjacent to Ryerson University, with the main Ryerson Campus on the south side of Gerrard. The loan was non-recourse and structured with a highly competitive interest rate on a 5 year term and 25 year amortization schedule.
