Calgary, Alberta Kevin Heiss, managing director of The Largo Group of Companies secured $82.5 million in financing for the Fairmont Palliser. This full-service hotel features over 400 guestrooms and is centrally located in downtown Calgary amidst the city’s fashion, entertainment and financial districts. The hotel is situated seven kilometers from Calgary International Airport and affords walkable access to the Calgary Stampede fairgrounds. Heiss arranged a 10-year, fixed rate loan with 30-year amortization through one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies. Tags:
