Heiss of Largo finances $80 million for Hyatt Regency
Vancouver, British Columbia Kevin Heiss, managing director of the Largo Group of Companies, secured $80 million in financing for a full-service, Hyatt Regency. The hotel features 644 guestrooms with services and amenities, 40,000 s/f of meeting space and three food and beverage outlets. The recently renovated hotel is centrally located in downtown Vancouver amidst the fashion, entertainment and financial districts. Kevin arranged a 10-year, fixed rate loan with 30-year amortization through one of Largo's correspondent life insurance companies.
