Heiss of Largo arranges $30 million for Toronto hotel
Kevin Heiss, managing director of the Largo Group of Cos., arranged $30 million in financing for the Thompson Hotel. This 102-room, boutique hotel opened in June 2010, with the restaurant tenant, Scarpetta, fully operational by August 2010. This location serves as the Thompson brands' first location outside of the United States. Kevin Heiss secured a five-year, fixed-rate, non-recourse first mortgage for the owner of this property.
