Heilpern, Karson and Lomazow of CBRE arrange 19,191 s/f office lease for Gettry Marcus in Woodbury

Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., has inked a 19,191 s/f office lease at 88 Froehlich Farm Blvd., nearly doubling their present space to accommodate the firm's expansion. Gettry Marcus is scheduled to move from their present location, at 20 Crossways Park Dr. North, into their new location before the end of this year. The new space is being renovated to accommodate an open, innovative and modern working environment for their employees and clients. Gettry Marcus chose to have an open layout to encourage more collaboration and dialogue between the different practice groups within the firm. The Froehlich Farm Blvd. office campus is located within RXR Realty's Woodbury Corporate Park. Gettry Marcus was represented in the multifaceted, 11-year lease transaction by CBRE brokerage team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow. "This move represents an exciting development for the firm, one that began with our rebranding in January of 2013," said Steven Marcus, managing partner at Gettry Marcus. "The new space will provide increased interaction that will naturally improve culture, problem solving, creativity and the sharing of ideas and solutions," Marcus said.
