Hedges elevated to director of construction at Deham Wolf Real Estate

Nicole Hedges

Manhattan, NY Denham Wolf Real Estate Services has promoted Nicole Hedges to director of construction. This newly defined role will add managerial and administrative capacity as Denham Wolf continues to grow its base of clients, strengthen the work of its project management team, and allow principal Ronzard Innocent to provide more broad guidance across all the firm’s clients.

“We are thrilled to promote Nicole to this new role as we continue to build and support a new generation of leadership at Denham Wolf,” said managing principal and CEO Paul Wolf. “Her dedication to our clients, strong leadership abilities, and continued excellence in her work helps Denham Wolf support our clients’ missions. We look forward to seeing all she can accomplish in her new role.”

Hedges brings over 20 years of experience in construction and capital project management and has guided nonprofits through every stage of the development process, from preliminary planning to occupancy. Since joining Denham Wolf in 2022 as a senior project manager, she’s overseen construction improvements and strategic planning for multiple clients, including renovations of Henry Street Settlement’s 40,000 s/f Abrons Art Center building in Manhattan and managing the renovation of the Institute of Music’s campus in New Jersey. As the director of construction, Hedges will serve as the firmwide expert on the current state of the construction market and the specific needs of nonprofit construction projects and provide managerial support to the project management team members.

Hedges’ promotion is part of the firm’s continued strategic evolution, complementing the two other new director roles created last year and following the naming of Ron Innocent and Christopher Turner as principals and co-owners. Also announced was the promotion of marketing coordinator Cameron Cullen to senior marketing coordinator. Cullen’s promotion reflects his continued growth as a marketing professional and the value he continues to add to Denham Wolf.
