Hebron and Murphy of Ingram & Hebron complete four office leases

Robert Hebron IV and Paul Murphy of Ingram & Hebron Realty, Inc. have recently completed the leasing of four office spaces in the borough's downtown area. Hebron represented landlord The Treeline Cos. at 189 Montague St. in the leasing of 1,465 s/f for a five year term to Funders Concerned About Aids. Patrick Dugan of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) represented the tenant. Hebron also represented landlord and tenant at 189 Montague St. in a lease of 346 s/f. Attorney Sean Rooney leased the space for five years. Murphy represented V3 Hotels Management, LLC in the leasing of a 2,608 s/f office suite at 26 Court St. Joe Schachter from JPS Management Corp. represented the landlord, 26 Court Street Associates, LLC. V3 Hotels Management, LLC, is involved in the development of a new luxury 164 room boutique Hotel Indigo, to be located at 237 Duffield St. in the downtown area. The total lease value exceeds $500,000. Hebron represented tenant, Real Property Technologies, in taking a three year lease at 16 Court St., SL Green Realty Corp.'s first acquisition in the borough. There is an ongoing $18 million renovation at the building including a new lobby, elevator cabs, windows and bathroom upgrades. The space measured 2,176 s/f and rent was in the range of current asking prices for the building. Chris Havens of CRES represented the landlord. Ingram & Hebron Realty, Inc. is exclusive agent for 1.2 million s/f of office space in Downtown Brooklyn and has brokered numerous retail and office leases there. The firm has sold over 500,000 s/f of office space, and approximately $50 million of land and buildings for redevelopment in Brooklyn.
