HCN receives $1,000 from Arnold of Weichert Realtors Dutch Door

On January 14, Hospice Care Network (HCN) staff members were presented with a check for $1,000 from Matthew Arnold of Weichert Realtors Dutch Door in West Sayville. As a long time supporter of HCN's Children's and Family Bereavement Programs. Arnold was recently recognized by The Long Island Board of Realtors with the "Spirit Award" and presented with a $1,000 check for his commitment and dedication to the children who participate in HCN's bereavement programs. Arnold, who has volunteered with HCN for more than 10 years, graciously donated the check to Hospice Care Network.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
