Capell Vishnick undergoes name change

Capell Vishnick LLP, a leading general practice law firm located in Lake Success, New York recently underwent a name change to Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP (VMM) according to managing partner Joseph Milizio. "As we like to say, 'we've changed our name, but we haven't changed our focus,'" said Milizio.  "And that focus is to offer our clients a wide range of legal counsel with particular expertise in trusts and estates administration and litigation, as well as LGBT representation in all legal areas.  All of our attorneys have significant background experience in all disciplines of the law." VMM has remained in its Marcus Ave. location, but the offices have undergone a renovation. "While our name has changed, and our offices look different, our clients still get the same high level of conscientious, enthusiastic and knowledgeable legal counsel," Milizio added. "We formed this partnership with a goal of providing responsive, comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele of businesses and individuals, with an emphasis on complex and emerging practice areas."    A general practice law firm with an emphasis on estate planning and estate and trust administration, Vishnick McGovern Milizio represents and advises individual and business clients, as well as the legal profession, in complex trusts and estates matters, estate litigation and elder law. The firm's additional practice areas include business law, commercial and general litigation, matrimonial and family law, real estate, and the representation of LGBT clients.
