Havens joins aptsandlofts.com as director of commercial real estate
Chris Havens has joined aptsandlofts.com as their first director of commercial real estate.
Recently ranked the second largest new development marketing and consulting firm in all of N.Y.C. by The Real Deal, aptsandlofts.com has a flagship office in Williamsburg and a second office launching in Cobble Hill. The firm services individual residential property sales and leasing as well as the leasing of retail, office and creative work / office space.
Aptsandlofts.com now represents the newest creative workspaces - Industry City in Sunset Park, 1000 Dean in Crown Heights and 231 Front in Vinegar Hill.
