Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid Brokerage Company lease 36,360 s/f

The 19,360 s/f, multi-level investment property, located at 640-650 Varick St., was recently sold. James Fitzgerald purchased the property in October 2011 for $200,000 from Anthony Barone. Anthony Hathaway and Rick Brower of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this sale transaction. In another transaction, The 17,000 s/f church building located at 140 Clinton Rd., New Hartford, NY was recently leased. First Apostolic Church of New Hartford leased the property in October 2011. Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid Brokerage, in association with Foresite Realty Advisors of CNY Inc., brokered this lease transaction.
