Robert Harwood, executive VP of New York Commercial Real Estate (NYCRE), has completed the seven-year lease of a 20,000 s/f mixed-used property. The office/residential center is located at 128 Old Town Rd. Harwood was the exclusive broker, representing the owner/landlord, Setauket Investor, LLC, and the tenant, Brookhaven Agency, Inc., an insurance agency.
The tenant relocated to the 128 Old Town Rd. property from another location in Setauket. Brookhaven Agency took occupancy on November 15th following suite renovations. Tags:
