Hartman of Pliskin Realty & Development completes 7,700 s/f retail lease

Nanuet, NY Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development, has brokered his 43rd transaction for Advanced Auto Parts. This latest lease was for a 7,700 s/f at 109 East Rte. 59. Representing the property owner was Steven Yassky of Rockland Realty.

Hartman is widely-recognized with the real estate industry and markets served for his in-depth knowledge and experience in retail leasing and development, retail and multi-family investment properties, and brokerage and management of commercial and multifamily properties. In addition to Advance Auto Parts, he is an accomplished dealmaker with long-term relationships representing with many other major national brands.  He also is the longstanding broker for many private investors.

Hartman received his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College and MBA from Pace University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
