Hartman of Pliskin Realty arranges two leases totaling 4,200 s/f
Holbrook, NY Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development, has represented the landlord and tenants in two leases totaling 4,200 s/f. The properties included a 1,800 s/f space at 480-11 Patchogue-Holbrook Rd. leased to Blessing Nails, and a 2,400 s/f space at 480-13 Patchogue-Holbrook Rd. leased to Spin Cycle Laundromat. The owner/landlord for both properties is Holbrook Associates Development Corp.
