New York, NY Outgoing IREM NYC chapter president Sharon Hart Fanelli spent an afternoon with incoming chapter president Mike Torres working together to ensure a seamless transition for the chapter. 

Torres is the general manager of Parkchester Preservation Management LLC. He took the reins on September 18^th and will be sworn in at a future date.
