Hall joins Parsons Brinckerhoff as a senior technical manager

Charles Hall, Parsons Brinckerhoff

Charles Hall has been named a senior technical manager in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization.
Hall has over 24 years of experience, with a background in the construction, start-up, testing, and maintenance of various rail/transit systems and process plants. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was director of construction for a New York electrical contractor, responsible for managing the installation of electrical systems at the Croton Water Treatment Plant. He previously worked for Parsons Brinckerhoff in London on a major rail modernization program. He also has held engineering positions with Amtrak and MTA-New York City Transit.
Hall received a bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College.
