Hakimi Capital Group acquires medical portfolio for $2.2 million; Salomone of Houlihan Lawrence is broker

Brewster, NY Hakimi Capital Group acquired a two-building medical office portfolio for $2.2 million.

Located at 3839 & 3845 Danbury Rd., the buildings comprise 27,000 s/f, occupied by a single tenant, Alliance HealthCare Services.

Steven Salomone of Houlihan Lawrence brokered the deal. The seller of 3839 Danbury Rd. was Dingle Ridge Plaza, Inc. and G&N Realty LLC sold 3845 Danbury Rd.

The closing date was December 10, 2020.
