Hackett of Metro Realty completes eight deals

Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC, a Farmingdale-based commercial real estate firm, has completed the following transactions in the first half of 2011: * 22,000 s/f on 2 acres at 17 Central Ave. to DOLMIT, LLC, a building supply company, who moved from 11,000 s/f in Bohemia. Hackett represented the owner S.M.B Building Corp. * Sold a 2,000 s/f condo at 493-12 Johnson Ave. in Bohemia to Dutchman Fabricators, a metal fabrication company. * Leased 11,430 s/f at 829 N Richmond Ave. in Lindenhurst to Longo Commercial Cabinets, a commercial cabinet company, who moved from 80 E Gates Ave. in Lindenhurst. Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate Corp was the co-broker. * Sold 19,950 s/f on 1 acre at 355-367 Wyandanch Ave. in West Babylon to E. Leber, LLC. The seller was Aurora Bank. * Leased 10,000 s/f at 1176 Route 109 in Lindenhurst to Jaed Automotive Supply, Inc. The Landlord is Sherwood Realty Co. * Sold a 10,000 s/f building at 100 Remington Blvd. in Ronkonkoma. The buyer, JNS Heating Service Inc., is relocating from Holbrook. * Sold a 20,000 s/f building at 51 Ranick Dr. in Amityville. Metro represented the seller TAJ Enterprises. * Sold an 8,000 s/f building at 644 Union Blvd. in Holbrook. David B Maltz & Co. represented the seller.
