H2M architects + engineers promote Joel Richardson to deputy real estate market director

Melville, NY H2M architects + engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Joel Richardson to deputy real estate market director. In his new role, Richardson will collaborate closely with H2M real estate market director Michele Pincus, combining their distinct skills and expertise to drive the real estate market forward.

In addition to his new responsibilities, Richardson will continue to manage the civil engineering department ensuring his active involvement with ongoing projects and clients. Richardson has over two decades of experience in civil engineering and land development. His significant contributions to H2M's growth include expertise in site planning, engineering, permitting, and entitlements. Additionally, Richardson excels in business development, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions that drive successful projects and foster strong partnerships.

Richardson currently leads a team of civil engineers offering site development services to our private sector clients. His engineering acumen is instrumental as we continue to grow and enhance our market presence. This promotion reflects Joel’s extensive experience and exemplary performance as both a decisive leader and a collaborative team player.
