Gurin of Realty Executives closes sale of 5,000 s/f warehouse
Steve Gurin of Realty Executives recently closed on a property at 79 and 79A Hempstead Gardens Dr. Gurin handled both sides of the transaction.
This was the sale of a 5,000 s/f warehouse on 15,000 s/f lot. The property was occupied by a New Jersey company that made partition and mats for athletic gyms and stadiums. The new owners are plumbing contractors.
