Guilbet of Inwood Property Group closes two leases

According to Inwood Property Group, the firm has closed two leases totaling 1,750 s/f. Roberto Guilbet, pricipal broker of Inwood Property Group has completed the leasing of 2284 Amsterdam Ave. The property consists of 1,250 s/f of retail with a partial basement. The property is located on Amsterdam Ave. between 173rd and 174th St., and rented for $38 per s/f. The new tenant will be a church. Guilbet has also completed leasing at 115 Dyckman St. The property consists of 500 s/f of rentable retail space located on Dyckman St. between Nagle and Post Aves. The property leased for $72 per s/f. The new tenant will be a pawn/jewelery store. Guilbet represented the buyer and seller in both of these transactions.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
