Roberto Guilbet, pricipal broker of Inwood Property Group has completed the leasing of 2284 Amsterdam Ave. The property consists of 1,250 s/f of retail with a partial basement. The property is located on Amsterdam Ave. between 173rd and 174th St., and rented for $38 per
s/f. The new tenant will be a church.
Guilbet has also completed leasing at 115 Dyckman St. The property consists of 500 s/f of rentable retail space located on Dyckman St. between Nagle and Post Aves. The property leased for $72 per s/f. The new tenant will be a pawn/jewelery store.
