Roberto Guilbet of Inwood Property Group Inc. has completed the leasing of 264 Sherman Ave. The property consists of 2,100 s/f of retail space with a 1,400 s/f basement (3,500 s/f total). The property is located in the Inwood section, near 207th St., and rented for $41 per s/f. The new tenant will be a Bleu Beauty Bar. Guilbet represented the landlord and tenant.
