Chang and Nicholas of KDA handle 25,000 s/f lease

According to Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA), the firm has arranged a 25,000 s/f lease for Four Seasons Packaging Corp., a wholesale distributor for a variety of packaging merchandise, at 70 Onderdonk Ave. in the Williamsburg section. KDA brokers Weising Chang and Joseph Nicholas represented the tenant, Four Seasons Packaging Corp., and the landlord, 64 Onderdonk Avenue LLC. Four Seasons Packaging will take 25,000 s/f within the 63,937 s/f, one-story building at 70 Onderdonk Ave., which sits off Metropolitan Ave. Access is also available to the Q57 bus route, Flushing Ave., and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
