ERG Property Advisors has completed the sale of 1562 Minford Place. The property is located between East 172nd and East 173rd St. The 20 unit, five-story apartment building sold for $1.315 million. The property is 17,600 s/f and is situated on a 4,000 s/f lot. ERG managing director, Richard Guarino, was the exclusive broker who represented the seller and found the purchaser.
