Scripps Networks, LLC has signed a new 10 year lease for 76,801 s/f at 1180 Avenue of the Americas. Among other subsidiaries, Scripps owns The Food Network and HGTV, the leader in lifestyle media. The tenant ripped up their current lease with 3 years remaining, exchanged floors and took additional space.
