GreenbergFarrow designs 66-unit Zazza Williamsburg in Brooklyn

GreenbergFarrow, a nationally prominent architectural, planning, engineering and development consulting firm, has designed the Zazza Williamsburg residential tower on 424 Bedford Ave. in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 20-story rental property - which recently topped off construction - is being developed by Zazza Development Group, a New York City-based real estate development company led by Michael Zazza. The site is scheduled to open in September. Offering excellent views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River, the 66-unit Zazza Williamsburg was designed to evoke the neighborhood's industrial heritage. The site features a grid-like, concrete panel exterior reminiscent of industrial loft residences. Two distinctive penthouse dwellings top the property. "New York's most distinguished residential developers are turning to GreenbergFarrow to deliver products that fulfill their vision, while also achieving their business goals," said Navid Maqami AIA, NCARB, LEED, principal and vice president of architecture for GreenbergFarrow. "We appreciate our working relationship with the outstanding team at Zazza Development Group, and we share their confidence in the long-term success of Zazza Williamsburg." As one of America's only architecture firms offering a full range of site development and engineering services in addition to their design work, GreenbergFarrow's development consulting team worked closely with Zazza Development Group from the project's outset. The cooperative process started with the combination of multiple lots and worked its way through zoning review and on to final construction.
