Greater New York chapter of IREM names Dubro new ARM
At a recent luncheon, IREM chapter president James Hayden, CPM had the honor of swearing in IREM's newest accredited residential manager, Henry Dubro. The accredited residential manager certification (ARM) is the most widely esteemed credential for residential real estate managers.
To potential employers and clients, the ARM credential symbolizes broad-based expertise in the entire spectrum of residential real estate management, from day-to-day maintenance to financial planning.
