Grassi & Co. introduces new entity: Grassi Technology Consultants, LLC

Grassi & Co. continues its growth with the addition of a brand new technology consulting entity—Grassi Technology Consultants, LLC (GTC). GTC, a subsidiary of Grassi & Co., will be led by president, Kevin Meyer. In addition to Meyer, the GTC team consists of Paul Engelbert, who will serve as director, and a team of 20 consultants. "Kevin and Paul bring a breadth of experience and expertise that will take Grassi Technology Consultants to the level of client satisfaction we strive for," said Grassi & Co. managing partner, Louis Grassi. In his role as president, Meyer will lead GTC in offering a full service IT consulting experience to clients, with a specialization in the implementation and support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Keeping in line with Grassi & Co.'s service model, which is focused on helping organizations achieve the next level of success, Meyer and Engelbert will leverage their experience providing ERP systems related consulting services to organizations such as Verizon, Sprint/Nextell, Société Générale, and the Philadelphia Housing Authority to assist and provide added value to existing Grassi & Co. clients. They will also leverage the expertise and knowledge of Grassi & Co.'s professionals to offer their new and existing clients, including North Shore LIJ, an array of accounting and business consulting solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Providing a high-level of professional services and technical expertise, GTC's specialization in financial, supply chain management, customer relationship management and human resources ERP modules will enable Grassi to offer a more robust level of technology consulting services than ever before. GTC will focus on serving clients in a variety of industries. Meyer has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Albany where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and is currently pursuing his JD with an emphasis on how the law impacts technology, compliance, and business processing. Engelbert has over 20 years of diverse technology experience and is a Certified Project Manager from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and currently pursuing a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation.
