Gonzalez of Industry One Realty leases 5,000 s/f to AMP Industries

Bohemia, NY Andrew Gonzalez of Industry One Realty Corp. has brokered the lease of a 5,000 s/f industrial space located at 1626 Locust Ave.  Gonzalez represented the tenant, AMP Industries, in the transaction, with a three-year lease term with two two-year options. The landlord, Carpentier Properties, was self-represented in the transaction.
