Goldschmidt & Assocs. lease a total of 14,000 s/f

Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, company has recently leased 14,000 s/f at the Loehmann's Shopping Center, Rte. 119. Goldschmidt & Associates was given the leasing assignment to lease the two large spaces vacated by Lubin's and a Chinese Restaurant. Goldschmidt, on behalf of the ownership negotiated the 6,000 s/f expansion of Wine Warehouse into the former restaurant. Richard Goldstein of Goldstein &Associates Realty Inc. represented Wine Warehouse. David Szabo of Goldschmidt & Associates represented the ownership in the leasing of 3,200 s/f to Carpet World, Szabo was the sole broker; 2,000 s/f to Bushido Karate, Szabo was the sole broker, and 1,830 s/f to Royal Beauty represented by Tony Toscano of Joseph Anthony Realty.
