Aries and Wirth of UBP negotiate 16,000 s/f lease to the Westchester County Board of Realtors

According to Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (UBP), the Westchester County Board of Realtors has held the grand opening of their new offices at the Westchester Pavilion Shopping Center. The Board of Realtors had relocated from a smaller facility across the street. The Board of Realtors occupies 16,000 s/f in the penthouse of the UBP-owned Westchester Pavilion, located at 60 South Broadway, which was designed and renovated specifically for the tenant using existing space as well as new space constructed at rooftop. Other tenants at the 190,000 s/f Pavilion include Sports Authority, Toys 'R' Us, Daffy's, and Outback Steakhouse. Hank Fries of Henry W. Fries Real Estate acted as consultant to the Board of Realtors. James Smith, VP of Esposito Design Associates, configured the office space and handled the interior design for the Board of Realtors. James Aries and Wayne Wirth, senior VPs at UBP, were instrumental in securing the tenant and completing the transaction on behalf of UBP.
