Goldberg of NAI Global closes three office leases totaling 12,755 s/f

According to NAI Global, Charles Goldberg, senior managing director of NAI Global New York City, completed three leases. The properties total 12,755 s/f of office space. Goldberg represented Throckmorton Fine Art, Inc., an art dealer and gallery, in a 5,200 s/f office space lease at 145 East 57th St. He also represented Kranz & Company, LLC, a public accountant, in a 5,200 s/f office space lease on a different floor in the same building. The building is owned by Maragogipe Investimentos e Participacoes, Ltd, and was represented by Barrett Stern of Grubb & Ellis. Goldberg represented Tonix Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical research company, in a five-year lease of 2,355 s/f of office space at 509 Madison Ave., suite 306. The building is owned by Kensico Properties. The office suite is where Tonix Pharmaceuticals will be relocating from 9 West 57th St.
